Quatro Fi ("Quatro Fi", "we", "us") operates a family of products across travel, golf, tennis, pickleball and embedded payments. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel or change a booking, for each product. For how money flows back after a cancellation, see our Refund Policy.
Common rules (all Quatro Fi products)
Scope & definitions
This policy applies to all reservations and bookings made through Quatro Fi (Travel, Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, and Pay-enabled partners). "Customer" means the person who made the booking and any guests on it. "Supplier" means the independent property, course, club, operator or carrier that fulfills the booking. "Quatro Fi Fees" means the service and booking fees retained by Quatro Fi, as shown on the price breakdown before payment. "Reservation Price" means the total booking price excluding Quatro Fi Fees and excluding taxes and government-imposed fees.
Quatro Fi's role
Quatro Fi is a booking and payments platform — a pass-through that earns a commission from the Supplier for facilitating the transaction. The Supplier's terms — including the cancellation window or tier shown at checkout — govern when and how you can cancel. Quatro Fi is not the operator and does not set the Supplier's terms. Disputes about a cancellation must be taken up with the Supplier directly.
Modifications
Date, time or roster changes are generally treated as a cancellation of the original booking plus a new booking at current rates. Rate differences (higher or lower) apply. Where Suppliers permit free modifications, we will pass that flexibility through to you and waive the cancel-and-rebook treatment. Where a modification is treated as a cancellation plus a new booking, the original booking's tier penalties apply to the cancelled portion.
No-shows & late cancellations
If you do not arrive on the scheduled date/time and have not cancelled in advance per the applicable window, no refund is available and the Supplier may apply a no-show fee per its posted policy.
Force majeure & extenuating circumstances
If a covered event makes it impossible or unsafe to use a booking — for example, a natural disaster, government-issued restrictions, a death or serious illness with documentation, or a confirmed declared emergency at the venue — Quatro Fi will work with the Supplier to allow a free cancellation or rebooking, including for bookings that would otherwise be non-refundable. Documentation may be required.
Supplier-initiated cancellations
If a Supplier cancels your reservation, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid for that reservation, including Quatro Fi service and booking fees. We will also help you rebook a comparable booking and may offer a credit toward a future Quatro Fi booking.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights you may have under applicable law, including consumer-protection and transportation regulations that cannot be waived by contract.
Jurisdiction & dispute resolution
This policy is incorporated into the Quatro Fi Terms of Service for the product you used. Disputes are resolved as described in those Terms, including the arbitration and governing-law provisions located there.
Quatro Fi Travel
Quatro Fi Travel is a multi-supplier marketplace. Each listing displays the cancellation tier set by its Supplier.
Cancellation tiers
Each listing displays the cancellation tier set by its Supplier. The tier is shown at checkout and on your confirmation. Different listings may use different tiers.
All deadlines are measured against the check-in time (or reservation start time) stated on the booking, in the Supplier's local time zone. The tier shown at the time you book is the one that applies to your reservation.
| Tier | Cancellation rule |
|---|---|
| Flexible | Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in. No refund inside 24 hours. |
| Moderate | Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days (120 hours) before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled inside 5 days, up to check-in. No refund after check-in or for no-shows. |
| Strict | 50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days (336 hours) before check-in. No refund inside 14 days. |
| Non-refundable | Discounted at booking. No refund if cancelled. |
Group bookings
The booking organizer owns the cancellation decision for the group; individual payers cannot cancel the booking. If a single guest drops out, the remaining group is responsible for the booking. If a replacement guest is added and pays the dropped guest's share, the dropped guest is refunded in full from the replacement's payment, with no tier penalty. If no replacement is added, the dropped guest's share is refunded only to the extent the Supplier's tier permits. If the entire group cancels, the standard tier rules apply. Quatro Fi Pay returns each payer's refund share to their original payment method.
Experiences & add-ons
Tours, classes, treatments and other experiences are operated by independent Suppliers and typically have a 24–48 hour cancellation window. The specific window is shown on each experience listing and on your booking confirmation. Weather-related and Supplier-initiated cancellations are refunded in full, including Quatro Fi Fees.
Flights
Flights are controlled by the operating airline. Cancellations, changes and credits follow the fare rules of the ticket purchased. Quatro Fi facilitates the booking but cannot waive airline fare rules. We will help you contact the airline where eligible (for example, schedule changes or cancelled flights). For flights to, from or within the United States booked at least 7 days before departure, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, regardless of fare type. If an airline cancels your flight or makes a significant change and you choose not to travel, you are entitled to a refund to your original payment method under applicable transportation regulations.
Quatro Fi Golf
Bookings made through Quatro Fi for golf courses, ranges and academies are governed by the operator's own cancellation policy, shown at checkout and on your confirmation. Quatro Fi acts as the booking and payments facilitator — we do not set the course's cancellation rules.
The course sets the rules
Tee-time and event windows, no-show fees, weather and rain-check handling, and any membership, season-pass or package terms are defined by the course or operator. We surface the operator's policy at booking and apply it when you cancel.
What Quatro Fi handles
You can cancel most tee times directly from your Quatro Fi confirmation or in-app. We send the cancellation to the operator, return the refundable amount to your original payment method, and surface the decision in your Quatro Fi account.
Disputes go to the operator
Refund/cancellation decisions outside the operator's posted policy are theirs to make. Quatro Fi applies the posted policy and cannot override it, but our Support team will coordinate your request with the operator and keep you informed of the outcome.
Quatro Fi Tennis
Bookings made through Quatro Fi for tennis clubs, public courts, clinics and leagues are governed by the facility's own cancellation policy, shown at checkout and on your confirmation. Quatro Fi acts as the booking and payments facilitator — we do not set the facility's cancellation rules.
The facility sets the rules
Court-time windows, no-show fees, lesson and clinic terms, and league or season rules are defined by the facility. We surface the facility's policy at booking and apply it when you cancel.

Changes to this policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will not retroactively reduce the cancellation rights for reservations already confirmed before the change.
