Quatro Fi ("Quatro Fi", "we", "us") operates a family of products across travel, golf, tennis, pickleball and embedded payments (Quatro Fi Pay). This Refund Policy explains, for each product, when refunds are available, how much you can expect back, and how refunds are processed. The common rules below apply to every Quatro Fi product. The vertical-specific sections that follow add or modify those rules where the underlying experience differs. For when and how you can cancel or change a booking, see our Cancellation Policy.
Common rules (all Quatro Fi products)
Scope & definitions
This policy applies to all reservations, bookings and payments made through Quatro Fi or any Quatro Fi product (Travel, Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, and Quatro Fi Pay). "Customer" means the person who made the booking or payment and any guests on it. "Supplier" means the property, course, club, operator, carrier or other independent business that fulfills the booking. "Booking Fee" and "Service Fee" are amounts retained by Quatro Fi for facilitating the transaction and supporting the platform. "Quatro Fi Fees" means the service and booking fees retained by Quatro Fi, as shown on the price breakdown before payment. "Reservation Price" means the total booking price excluding Quatro Fi Fees and excluding taxes and government-imposed fees.
Quatro Fi's role
Quatro Fi is a booking and payments platform — a pass-through that earns a commission from the Supplier for facilitating the transaction. The Supplier's terms — including the refund eligibility, cancellation window or tier shown at checkout — govern the underlying experience and any refund. Quatro Fi is not the operator and does not set the Supplier's terms. Disputes about an experience must be taken up with the Supplier directly.
Quatro Fi service & booking fees
Once a reservation is confirmed, Quatro Fi's service and booking fees are non-refundable, consistent with standard practice across online booking platforms. The fee amount is shown on the price breakdown before you pay. Fees are refunded in full if Quatro Fi or the Supplier cancels the reservation.
How refund amounts are calculated
Where this policy or a listing's cancellation tier provides a percentage refund (for example, 50%), the percentage applies to the Reservation Price. Taxes and government-imposed fees are refunded in proportion to the refunded Reservation Price where the jurisdiction permits. Quatro Fi Fees follow the "Quatro Fi service & booking fees" section above. No other deductions are made from your refund.
Refund processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, though some card issuers can take 1–2 billing cycles to display the credit. International refunds are returned in the original transaction currency; your bank may apply foreign-exchange conversion at its current rate, which can result in a small difference versus the original charge. Quatro Fi does not control bank exchange rates or processing windows.
Chargebacks & disputes
Please contact Quatro Fi Support before filing a chargeback with your card issuer. We can usually resolve the issue faster — chargebacks can take 30–90 days to process and may delay or block a legitimate refund. If you have already filed a chargeback, please let us know so we can respond promptly to your issuer.
Promotional credits & vouchers
Promotional credits and vouchers issued by Quatro Fi are non-refundable for cash, are non-transferable except as stated, and may expire. Expiration and any conditions are shown on the credit at the time of issue.
Taxes & local government fees
Where a portion of your booking includes taxes or government-imposed fees, the refundable portion follows the applicable Supplier and jurisdictional rules. Some fees collected by destinations or venues (e.g., resort, tourism, environmental or facility fees) may be non-refundable once a stay or session begins.
Force majeure & extenuating circumstances
If a covered event makes it impossible or unsafe to use a booking — for example, a natural disaster, government-issued restrictions, a death or serious illness with documentation, or a confirmed declared emergency at the venue — Quatro Fi will work with the Supplier to refund or credit the booking in full, including amounts (and Quatro Fi Fees) that would otherwise be non-refundable. Documentation may be required.
Travel & event insurance
We recommend travel or event insurance, especially for international group trips and high-value bookings. A policy purchased before your reservation can cover risks that fall outside this Refund Policy — for example, trip interruption, baggage loss, medical emergencies and certain personal cancellations.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights you may have under applicable law, including consumer-protection and transportation regulations that cannot be waived by contract.
Jurisdiction & dispute resolution
This policy is incorporated into the Quatro Fi Terms of Service for the product you used. Disputes are resolved as described in those Terms, including the arbitration and governing-law provisions located there.
Quatro Fi Travel
Quatro Fi Travel is a multi-supplier marketplace for accommodations, sport venues, experiences and flights. Each listing displays the cancellation tier set by its Supplier.
Cancellation tiers
Each listing displays the cancellation tier set by its Supplier. The tier is shown at checkout and on your confirmation. Because Travel is a multi-supplier marketplace, different listings may use different tiers. The table below summarizes the four standard tiers.
All deadlines are measured against the check-in time (or reservation start time) stated on the booking, in the Supplier's local time zone. The tier shown at the time you book is the one that applies to your reservation.
| Tier | Refund rule |
|---|---|
| Flexible | Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in. No refund inside 24 hours. |
| Moderate | Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days (120 hours) before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled inside 5 days, up to check-in. No refund after check-in or for no-shows. |
| Strict | 50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days (336 hours) before check-in. No refund inside 14 days. |
| Non-refundable | Discounted at booking. No refund if cancelled. |
Deposits & final payment
Some reservations are split into a deposit at booking and a final payment due before check-in. If you cancel before the final-payment date, the refundable portion of the deposit (per the applicable tier) is returned to the original payment method. After final payment, refunds follow the tier rules above.
For group bookings, see Group bookings in our Cancellation Policy.
Experiences & add-ons
Tours, classes, treatments and other experiences are operated by independent Suppliers and typically have a 24–48 hour cancellation window. The specific window is shown on each experience listing and on your booking confirmation. Weather-related and Supplier-initiated cancellations are refunded in full, including Quatro Fi Fees.
Flights
Flights are controlled by the operating airline. Refunds, changes and credits follow the fare rules of the ticket purchased and are generally non-refundable. Quatro Fi facilitates the booking but cannot issue refunds outside of the airline's fare rules. We will help you contact the airline and apply for refunds where eligible (for example, schedule changes, cancelled flights, or government-mandated disruptions). For flights to, from or within the United States booked at least 7 days before departure, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, regardless of fare type. If an airline cancels your flight or makes a significant change and you choose not to travel, you are entitled to a refund to your original payment method under applicable transportation regulations.
Quatro Fi Golf
Bookings made through Quatro Fi for golf courses, ranges and academies are governed by the operator's own refund policy, which is shown at checkout and on your confirmation. Quatro Fi acts as the booking and payments facilitator — we do not set the course's refund rules.
The course sets the rules
Tee-time and event windows, no-show fees, weather and rain-check handling, and any membership, season-pass or package terms are defined by the course or operator. We surface the operator's policy at booking, and we apply it when processing your refund.
What Quatro Fi handles
We route your refund request to the operator and, once the operator approves it, return the refundable amount to your original payment method. Quatro Fi service fees follow the common rules above.
Disputes go to the operator
Refund/cancellation decisions outside the operator's posted policy are theirs to make. Quatro Fi applies the posted policy and cannot override it, but our Support team will coordinate your request with the operator and keep you informed of the outcome.
Quatro Fi Tennis
Bookings made through Quatro Fi for tennis clubs, public courts, clinics and leagues are governed by the facility's own refund policy, shown at checkout and on your confirmation. Quatro Fi acts as the booking and payments facilitator — we do not set the facility's refund rules.

Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will not retroactively reduce the refund rights for reservations already confirmed before the change.
