These SMS Terms describe the Quatro Fi text message program. They apply to anyone who receives text messages from Quatro Fi Inc. ("Quatro Fi", "we", "us") about Quatro Fi Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, Travel or Pay, and they supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
What we send
Quatro Fi sends account and transactional text messages: verification codes when you sign in with your phone number, booking confirmations, reminders before tee times, court times and stays, waitlist openings, and game invitations that another Quatro Fi user asks us to send you. If you separately opt in, Quatro Fi Travel may also send occasional offers. Agreeing to promotional texts is never a condition of any purchase.
How you opt in
You agree to receive account and booking texts when you enter and verify your mobile number in a Quatro Fi app or on our websites. Promotional texts require a separate opt-in, which is off by default. If a friend invites you to a game, we text that invitation only because they entered your number; reply STOP and we will not text you again.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your activity, typically one verification code per sign-in and a few messages per booking.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Quatro Fi does not charge for text messages; check your mobile plan for details.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from that number. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe. While you are opted out, you may not receive sign-in verification codes by text; contact support if you need help signing in.

Privacy
We use your mobile number only to send the messages described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your number only with the service providers that deliver our messages, solely to send them. Carriers
Supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
